Jefferson High Summer School 2017 Information
May 30 – June 30, 2017
Period 1: 7:00am - 10:10am Period 2: 10:20am - 1:30pm

Jefferson High School is offering four (4) in-house courses this summer:
Physical Education
Health
U.S. Government
Economics

We want to emphasize that attendance is most important. After three absences you may be withdrawn from class. Please plan to be here every day. No other factor is more important to summer school success. If you have plans to go on vacation, go to a camp, or be gone for more than three days for any reason, you should not register for summer school.

Steps to request a summer school class:
1. Students must meet the prerequisites to take summer school classes, just as they do during the regular school year. (Government and Economics are senior level classes.)

2. All students MUST complete the online request form in order to be registered for summer school, even if they previously indicated their intention to take summer school. All current LSC students were emailed a unique link to use for this registration. Students who are not currently LSC students may register by clicking on the summer school link on our website (lafayettejeff.org – located under Quick Links).

3. As is indicated on the online request form, students may indicate a preference for a specific time if they are taking only one class; however, preference is not guaranteed.

If you have questions about summer school, please contact Mrs. Casey at acasey@lsc.k12.in.us or 772-4700 ext. 2732, or your counselor.
